AI-Generated Content: Content generated by Crest is created using machine learning models. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may require review and editing before publication. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.

Generated Content: Content generated by the Service using your inputs is yours to use as you see fit, subject to any applicable third-party platform terms.

Payment Terms

Paid features of the Service are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited features. Free tier availability and limits may change at any time.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crest and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
